All orders received before 11.00am CET will ship same working day, orders received after 11.00am CET will be shipped next working day. Shipments are made Monday – Saturday only excluding public holidays.
DO NOT CONTACT US TO CHASE YOUR ORDER UNTIL AFTER 21 DAYS FROM SHIPPING DATE.
It can take up to 21 days for some orders to arrive and the tracking (if paid for) to work.
After 21 days if you have not received your order contact us with your order number. Once we send you your tracking code that is it, we can NOT update you any further till 21 days have passed and assuming you paid for insurance/tracking.

We ship all orders using discreet plain packaging (Jiffy bags or Enverlopes). Every order is heat sealed within foil packaging.
Returns & Replacements
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, simply notify us so we can arrange an exchange or store credit to re order with. This will be processed as soon as we have received and checked the incorrect product. Due to the nature of the business, once your order has left our facility you will not qualify for any refund or return, so please bear in mind that all sales are FINAL. You have from the time of purchase to when the order reaches awaiting shipping to cancel or amend your order. A 10% surcharge or €10 whichever is greaterwill apply to any cancellation.
When making a purchase on our site the transaction might be international. As some credit and debit cards are set up for domestic use only, this may result in the payment being declined. To rectify this issue, you can call your card issuer and authorise the payment. The transaction will then be accepted.
We currently accept Mastercard and Visa via our partners BuyCoins or Altercards. Card payments are valid up to the value of €250. All orders can be paid via Bitcoin. Please note, ‘ROLLAND MEDS‘ will not appear on your credit or debit card statement, this changes all the time. If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Tracking your order
You can log in to your account at any time, view your order status, and get the relevant tracking information. You will also receive an email, once your package is shipped, detailing the tracking info (if optional). If you need any assistance feel free to contact us. If you don’t receive an email following the order process, please check your Junk Mail folder.
Guaranteed Delivery (insured tracked orders only).
If by any chance, your order hasn’t arrived within 21 business days, you’ll qualify for a free reship (insured tracked orders only) all reships are sent by Airmail with no tracking or insurance. However, if the product has been confiscated by customs, due to you not checking the legalities correctly, you will not qualify for any reimbursement, and you will be banned from using our services for life. Please note that we DO NOT offer a reship service to the following countries as they are classed as high risk Norway, Sweden, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Belgium or any country outside the EU – Due to the higher proportion of customs confiscations, you order from these countries at your own risk.
Due to recent problems with some small amount of new customers you may be asked to complete a 1 off security check. For customer security you may be selected for a random security check if your order is over the value of €100, you may be asked for the following:
A copy of ID and also a clear picture of the card you used to make payment (Front ONLY). If you wish you may cover part of your details but we must be able to see your name and the first 6 numbers of the long card number. As soon as the information is received your order will ship. High Risk Countries:
Due to increased amounts of orders being lost in transit to a small amount of countries we have created a list of countries where customers buy at their own risk and no compensation or reship will be offered under any circumstances. All orders shipped to high risk countries must be paid by Bitcoin, no other payment option is offered.
